We were just furiously trying to think of a name for our delicious sliders and after hours of brainstorming and eating ice-cream to calm ourselves down. Then, it just hit us! Koma. That was it! Ko - Korean. Ma - American, err well we would have to invert the letters on that part but close enough! It just sounded like it was meant to be. It sounded so right. Koma Sliders.
In a nutshell, Koma Sliders was established in 2013 in Brisbane as an original vendor with the advent of Eat Street Markets. It was not long before we knew we had to take these sliders on the road. Currently Koma Sliders is roaming around in Brisbane, Gold Coast,Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba at pop-up kitchens, festivals, markets, breweries, school events and catering at your occasion.
