The food truck needs to be a on a flat surface, however slight discrepancies can be dealt with.
With every booking we come and view the premise with you,
a week before the catering day at no cost to you. We verify the best place to set up and answer any remaining questions you may have,
assuring that on the day of your function there are no surprises and everything goes silky smooth.
All quotes include one on-site consultation prior to the event, food, disposable ware, setup time and a team of three to cook and serve from our food trailer with a 2 hour time frame, additional hours is $50/hour and are exclusive of GST.
If you require additional services such as waiters, runners, glassys, cleaners, even a clown etc, please let us know, we can organise it with an extra cost.
(Just kidding, please don’t ask for a clown service).
When booking we give out formal quotes and invoicing for your records. Also when booking, 50% of the deposit is need after confirmation in order to secure your booking.
Final balance is due 7 days prior to the event with final numbers of guests and dietary requirements.
Cancellations, your deposit is fully refundable with +4 weeks notice. Cancellation with less than 4 weeks is refunded 90% of the deposit. Less than 3 weeks 75% refunded. Less than 2 weeks 50% refunded. Deposit is nonrefundable if cancelled with less than 10 days notice.
